50 Ohm and 75 Ohm Coax Assemblies

There are two main impedances in coaxial cable, and we build assemblies in both:

• 50 Ohm assemblies are used for data and wireless communication, including two-way radio and RF transmission
• 75 Ohm assemblies are used primarily for video signals and broadcast applications

If you are unsure which impedance your application requires, our technical team can advise. Typical applications include single-wire (non-duplex) transmission, two-way radio, rigid hard-line and waveguides for high-powered microwave transmission.
